We are now reopened, post-covid and in the new norm. here is what to expect on your next hairdressing appointment.

We now use a unique fogging system which kills any germs, viruses and bacteria on any touchable services within 30seonds!

This is used within schools hospitals and many other businesses. Just one of the things we are doing to keep you guys feeling safe while looking fab!

We have clearly marked out the salon to keep up with social distancing. Check out some recent pics on our Facebook page.

Here’s what to expect on your visit to BH:

1, You will need to wait outside the salon and you will be let in at the time of your appointment
2. If you arent wearing a mask you will be provided one at the door (small fee applies)
3. We will welcome you with a cheesy grin but covered in plastic. PPE wahey!
4. Your temperature will be taken.
5. You must sanitize your hands at the door and complete a questionnaire.
6. You will then be taken straight to your seat.
7. Any items you have with you should be kept to a minimum and placed in a bag next to you.
8. Then its business as usual… us working our magic and you looking fab!
9. During your service  we will arrange your next appointment
10, To limit movement in the salon we will process your bill.
11. Once all is complete that will be it until the next time. Other key points:

* If your appointment is just for a cut and blowdry, please arrive with it pre washed that day wet or dry
– Blow drying will be kept to a minimum.
– Colour services will require you to have pre washed hair night before or on the day and dry.
– Please feel free to bring your own refreshments, magazines
– Please try to attend appointment alone
– Arrive as close to appointment time as possible as any lateness may result in your time with us being cut short (‘scuse the pun).
– Our time is even more precious than before as we are trying to accommodate as many clients as we can in our new normal world! Charges could apply if you are very outside your appt window to cover overtime etc.
– We may not be as chatty… Honestly we have been dying to see you and be back. We will focus on your hair and its bloody hot in them visors!
– It has been months since your last appointment so be prepared for a higher than normal bill. For the first visit you won’t just have roots… you have some BIG roots and this requires more product and time.
– All services have been extended to factor this in the same with cut and blow dries.
– This is only on your returning visit and your following appointment will be more normal.
– If you would like an estimate cost of your appointment please ask when booking or at the start of your appointment.
– We are sorry but discounts and vouchers are suspended until further notice.

Please be gentle with us also as like most, we too are a little anxious to make this process smooth but safe. We are very excited to be back though.
