By booking an appointment at Barbarella Hair you automatically agree to all of the Terms & Conditions listed here.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our stylists.  We therefore ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice for any appointment change or cancellation.

In the event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations, the full cost of the service booked applies and a  deposit required for future appointments. This will depend on the type of service being booked, for bespoke services, e.g Hair Extensiom Maintainance or Colour correction.

Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment we will also supply 24 hours’ notice. If we are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice we will credit the client’s account with a 15% discount of the original booking.

COMPLAINTS & OUR GUARANTEE

Barbarella Hair want every client to be 100% happy with their hair.

If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you free hairdressing until your issue has been resolved.

You will be referred to the Salon Manager immediately who will deal with the complaint.  You wil need to contact us within 3 days of your appointment, and we will ask you to return within one week of the original appointment to enable us to offer you a haircut or colour free of charge as long as the service is the same as the original appointment.

If you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the first week, normal charges may apply.

If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or a third party this guarantee becomes null and void.

We welcome feedback and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.

COLOUR SERVICES

If you are a new client or an existing client who has not had a colour service within the last 6 months, a skin test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment.

DEPOSITS

50% deposits are required for certain appointments.  Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours’ notice.  Deposits are required for
– First appointment £10
– Kebelo appointments £50
– Colour correction £50
– Hair extension maintenance £50
– Hair extension appointments £100 – 150
– where you have booked four or more services
Deposits can be taken over the telephone to ensure your booking.   Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been paid.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Barbarella Hair reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time.  Services may not be available at all times. All offers, promotions and vouchers have a minimum spend of £30.00 and are valid for 30 days from day offer/voucher is sent unless otherwise stated. Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion including VIP.  One voucher per person per visit. Unless otherwise stated all offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions exclude Children, Barber Shop & Training Academy appointments and hair extension, Kebelo & Olaplex treatments and toners. Some promotions require payment before the appointment can be booked – this payment is non-refundable if you fail to turn up or change the appointment without 24 hours notice.

WEDDING PACKAGES

Wedding packages require a 30% to be paid at time of booking to hold the date. Deposits are non refundable if packages are cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the booking.
