Next Day Delivery Royal Mail Special Delivery - £4.95
'Next Day' deliveries can be sent by Royal Mail by Recorded Delivery. If nobody is at home or at the address you've given a card will be left at your address and you will be able to collect the goods from your local collection office at your convenience.
Next Day Delivery UK Mail Courier England & Wales- £7.49 (Courier)
We also offer a signed for courier service which allows you to track the items through to delivery. We use Royal Mail for this service and deliveries will arrive with you withing 2-3 working days

Collect your Order
Your order will be packaged for you to collect from our salon. If you do want to collect your order please select 'Salon Collection' from the delivery options when you are in the 'checkout' area of our website. We can hold any sale products until your next hair visit if required.
About Gift Vouchers
These are redeemable against all hair services and product sales within the salon and our online store.
Delivery Times
All items available online are in stock at our salon so when you place your order we package it up immediately and make sure that it's ready for the post or our courier driver that very same evening. Our cut off for next day orders is 2.30pm.
Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you the customer have the right to cancel your order. This must be done by you notifying us in writing, either by email or letter, you have 7 working days from the day after you received your order to do so.
All Cancellations must be done in writing; cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.
Once the product has been used, you are no longer entitled to return the item under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Unless the product is deemed faulty. Also if the product has some sort or wrapping on it, once it has been removed you may only return it if they are considered faulty.
